Ordering - How to place an order. To place an order, please call our Customer Service Order Desk 788.436.9053 or by Fax: 778.436.9052, or by Email:info@thefashionlodge.com anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am-5pm PT.
All items are limited in quantities and delivery is subject to our warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible upon arrival from the manufacturer unless we are specifically requested not to do so.
Payment Options & Process We accept Visa, and MasterCard with an accompanying letter, dated, signed and faxed, authorizing credit card use. Should you wish to sign a Blanket Phone Order Waiver authorizing Credit Card use anytime a phone order is placed, it will be kept on file until such time that you request, in writing, that you are rescinding this authorization. Your Credit Card will not be charged until goods are shipped. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but no company checks will be accepted.
