Conditions for Carrying Jacaru in your Retail Outlet To maintain the integrity of the Jacaru Brand in Canada, by placing an order with The Fashion Lodge Trading Post, you are acknowledging that Jacaru will remain in your Retail Location (s) listed as the Shipping Address and will not be sold outside this address specifically in Public or Trade Shows, Flea Markets, Farmers Markets, Arts & Crafts Shows, Private Home Shows etc. In the event there is a ‘Special Promotional Opportunity’ please contact customer service to discuss the details necessary in order to qualify for and obtain an ‘Exception Venue Authorization Code’. The Fashion Lodge Trading Post reserves the right to Market, Introduce and Promote Jacaru in any venue, anywhere we believe is necessary to foster Brand Awareness as well as protect the Sustainability and Profitability of the Brand in Canada. In order to offer your customer a Good Selection, along with an Assortment of Sizes, a Minimum Opening Order of $ 300 is required. We accept Visa& MasterCard with an accompanying letter, dated, signed and faxed, authorizing credit card use. Should you wish to sign a Blanket Phone Order Waiver authorizing Credit Card use anytime a phone order is placed, it will be kept on file until such time that you request, in writing, that you are rescinding this authorization. Your Credit Card will not be charged until goods are shipped. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but no company checks will be accepted.
Since our mission is to promote Jacaru throughout Canada, naturally it is our intention to work closely and support one retailer in every demographic, consequently, Exclusive Distribution of Jacaru products is granted solely at our discretion and on a production basis only. Sales are tracked and revisited annually. All items are limited in quantities and delivery is subject to our warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible upon arrival from the manufacturer unless we are specifically requested not to do so. We reserve the right to annul any order if it is ascertained by us, that our policies, conditions of sale, site user/retailer terms of service have not been met or have been breached in any way.
Further, by placing an order, you the Retailer agree to display and promote Jacaru with the utmost professionalism and integrity in order to assist us and other fellow retailers in establishing and maintaining the good solid reputation of this quality product.
