Damages Although every item that leaves our warehouse is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping, in the unlikely event that our customer receives damaged goods, it must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery in order to obtain a ‘Damage Return Authorization’ before any return will be accepted and a credit issued. Shipping must be prepaid by Retailer and the DRA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box prior to shipping it, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Shipping Policies Shipping must be prepaid with order. All orders are shipped with UPS Ground, Canada Post, or Purolator 7-10 business days unless other arrangements have been made. Orders are always subject to a third party’s standards and policies. Shipping and Freight throughout Canada will be calculated F.O.B our warehouse address according to weight and cubic factor. All Orders can be picked up from our Showroom Location with 24 hour notice, please advise date and time of pick up when you place your order. Your credit card will be processed at the time of shipping and you will be advised the total charge, including shipping, by email just prior to shipping.
